  • Val the Pal is back with a hair raising event - literally!! She is growing her hair for 6 months to raise funds for our Cleft Healing Homes! Now Val is known to all who love her as a person who likes her "wild" hair kept short - real SHORT, as in barber short! She only allows her trademark piece at the front grow :-) Knowing Val a LONG time now ( 25 years) I actually can't remember her with longer, definitely bushier hair. I can only look at photos to prove it once happened :-) Val has journeyed with me on 2 occasions to China to visit LWB programs in many cities. She has a HUGE heart! I know this is a HUGE challenge for her, but as she says "Hair today ... Hope tomorrow"
