I'm participating on behalf of Gina. Gina is one of Love Without Boundaries' little fighters. She was born prematurely in January of 2009, weighing only about 2 pounds. Too tiny and weak to even drink from a bottle, Gina spent several months in the hospital until she had gained enough weight and strength to be moved to LWB's Heartbridge Pediatric Healing Unit. Over the course of six weeks, she has grown much stronger and gained 3.7 pounds! Gina spends much of her time sleeping, but her nannies say that she has a sweet gentle personality and she smiles easily. With no other complications, it is expected that Gina may be ready to return to her hometown orphanage after six months of TLC at Heartbridge.
